OJT for the Human Resource Department (SOURCING)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- help out in meeting the required number of applicants through call outs.

- assist in job fairs and other sourcing activities.

- recommend sourcing and marketing strategies.

- encode data in MS Excel worksheets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Required language(s): English

- Third and fourth year college students taking up Psychology, Marketing, Behavioral Science, Advertising, Business Management or other related courses are encouraged to apply.

- must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
